Built for the Teams Who Build with AI
The EU AI Act is here. We built AI Comply HQ™ so your team can navigate compliance without hiring a room full of consultants. Great AI products deserve a clear path to market.
Why We Built AI Comply HQ™
The EU AI Act became broadly applicable on August 2, 2026. Article 50 transparency rules are now in force, while high-risk obligations phase in through 2027 and 2028.
AI Comply HQ was built because compliance shouldn't require an army of consultants. Our AI-powered interview system guides any team through the assessment process. No compliance expertise required.
What's at Stake
The EU AI Act carries real consequences for organizations that aren't prepared.
Non-compliance fines
Up to €35 million or 7% of global annual revenue, whichever is higher.
Market access
Non-compliant AI systems cannot be deployed or sold in the European Union.
Reputational risk
Public enforcement actions and regulatory investigations erode customer trust.
Timeline pressure
Annex III high-risk rules apply December 2, 2027; Annex I product-embedded rules follow August 2, 2028.
Our Story
AI Comply HQ™ was founded by Andrew Michael Nathan to turn dense AI-regulation requirements into a guided, usable workflow for smaller teams.
We knew there had to be a better way. By combining AI-powered interviews with structured compliance frameworks, we built the tool we wished existed. One that makes EU AI Act compliance accessible to every team, regardless of size or budget.
Security & Data Handling
Your compliance data is sensitive. We treat it that way.
- Data stored in Supabase (EU infrastructure, AWS eu-central-1 — Frankfurt)
- End-to-end encryption at rest and in transit
- No AI model training on user inputs
- GDPR compliant by design
- SOC 2 Type II (in progress)
